The academia work floor is male dominated and women basically have to sacrifice almost everything to get to the top. One of the reasons women make no progress is that age is equal to maternity and because of the assumption that women at some point will want to become mothers. In this new episode I have a conversation with Michela Borghesan and Caterina Tiburzi about the lack of women at the top within academia.
